Barre (45min)

Predominantly using a ballet barre, Barre is a full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and flexibility exercises to tone and sculpt your body. Our themed playlists will get you moving to the beat!

Barre (classic, Slow-Barre & Barre+)

Barre: Leave your worries at the door with a full body workout including warmup, cardio blast, upper / lower body workout followed by a core series. Get ready to feel energised and pumped to the music!

Slow-Barre: Our basics class.. at a slower pace. A slow dance, slow burn - perfect for beginners or if you’re a regular wanting to perfect your form. 

Barre+: Trickier on balance as we use the bungee or stick. Recommend 6 barre classes prior to attending.

Pilates (45mins)

Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled movements and breath-work. Created by Joseph Pilates 100 years ago, the techniques are still used and expanded on today.

Pilates (Mat, Core & Release and Reformer)

Mat: Classic exercises with props such as hand weights, ball, sliders or the magic circle. Learn to switch on (or turn off) certain muscles, resulting in increased fitness & flexibility - great for pain management. Just what the physio ordered!

Core & Release: A core and glute blast targeting our largest muscles before ending with a longer stretch sesh. Use the foam roller, blocks or lacrosse balls to release parts of the body holding onto tension.

Reformer: A full body workout in a small class setting (max 6) for those needing a lil more attention & care. Let's strengthen our body so we can move with ease - cue unexpected stairs or heavy groceries.

Yoga (60mins)

Yoga is a mind-body practice that blends physical poses, breathing exercises, and meditation to enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.

Yoga (classic, Slow-flow, Yin & Yang Yin)

Yoga: Breathwork, meditation and a practice focusing on aligning the mind, body and soul.

Yin: Use of props like blocks, bolsters, straps & blankets. Longer poses are held (up to 5mins) allowing gravity to do the work, using our breath to move us back into 'rest and digest' mode. 

Slow-Flow: A gentle way to start the practice with  first before flowing to wake up the body.

Yang Yin: A flowy sequence, ending with juicy yin postures - perfect combo to end the day with stillness & a calmer mind. Longer holds targets joints, tendons and fascia.. allowing us to release tension & feel relaxed.

Show up, dance your heart out & skip out the door ready to tackle anything that comes your way. Just make sure to bring supportive shoes to protect those legs!

  • Child-friendly classes: Yoga, Pilates or Barre w Mini-Me

    Time for you and your Mini-Me. Take a moment to revive the body and relieve stress with a low impact barre / Pilates or yoga class.. without having to leave your bub behind, BYO or we can provide teehee 😅

  • BB (Balls & Balance)

    Core & lower body heavy, the swiss ball exercises targets these muscles with a fun twist. Using big and small balls, it definitely improves balance, strong on hammies & butt!

  • Broformer

Quality time with the guys! Targeting the often neglected areas which also require strengthening, whilst increasing flexibility.

  • Unwind & Reset

    A restorative stretch class designed to help you recover, recharge, and restore balance to your body that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and recharged.

  • Stretch & Destress

Prefer a deeper stretch? We’ve got you! Juicy hip and shoulder openers to get the joints moving and bring mobility back - let’s shift our bodies back into ‘rest and digest’ mode & dissolve any stuck tension.

  • Circuit

    Time to get the heart rate up! For those wanting to ramp it up with HIIT. Still low impact, can end up sweaty af.. Build your endurance and get strong FAST.

  • TRX (Total-body Resistance Exercises)

Resistance training focusing on increasing your upper body strength and balance using your own body weight - your core cannot cheat in this one!​
