All our instructors have gone through certified training programs, including Pilates (mat, reformer, swiss ball), Barre and Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pranaa and Yin). At Mindful Movement, we provide guidance for all levels so youβll feel supported and can decide whatβs best for your body.
